By any other name...

Mind Matters will have a new name beginning in 2021 - The Neurodiversity Podcast! We wanted to explain why we’re changing it, and let you know what you can expect.

First, our podcast will continue to do what we’ve always done - present conversations with experts in the areas of giftedness and twice-exceptionality. In that respect, you’ll barely notice anything has changed. What you will notice is more episodes, with more opportunities to explore additional areas of neurodiversity.

Why the new name? We’re very excited about the neurodiversity movement and want to do whatever we can to bring attention to it. Also, we wanted a name that better describes what we do. Mind Matters is fine, but one of the primary complaints we hear is that it’s hard to find us. The old name is a bit generic, and it’s easy to confuse us with other podcasts.

For you, the transition will be easy. We’ll continue to show up on your subscription list just as we always have. The only difference you’ll notice is our logo and name. Our social media pages will remain on your subscription and follow lists, and if you’re in one of our groups, your memberships will continue. It should be completely seamless.

We have other new features in the works that we’re excited to tell you about, so keep listening. The progress we’ve made as Mind Matters is all because of you. We hope that as we transition to The Neurodiversity Podcast, you’ll continue to recommend us to your friends.
